On 1 March I had the pleasure of being a guest of Connie Dunn for the launch of her new book Grandma Honey, I Turned into a Mermaid! What a fun way to organize a launch. There were giveaways, games, and interviews. Her giveaways included caricatures and it's my pleasure to share the caricature (above) which I received from Connie. What do you think? Looks like me?
Technology didn't quite want to co-operate at times, however, Connie just rose to the occasion and kept it moving. Great work Connie and thanks for inviting me to be part of the launch.
As an author or entrepreneur, sometimes we just need to step out of our comfort zone and get things moving. It all begins with a plan. So, where are you in your marketing plan for 2016? Now's a good time to look at your plan and see what you need to do to meet your goals. Remember, you're responsible for your success and that of your book. Don't limit yourself. Think of how you can have fun getting your book out there and achieve a breakthrough.
